Vincent On graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He is currently working at the Center for Research in Intelligent Systems (CRIS) under the guidance of Distinguished Professor Bir Bhanu. Vincent is currently doing research in image processing on optical coherence topography (OCT) scans.
